Every COCO Bidet comes with a full one year warranty and 3 year limited warranty.

We have a strict no return policy once the product has been used. If the product is damaged within one year of the sale and it was not the user's fault, then we will either repair or send the customer a replacement unit. Please make sure that the product you purchased will be able to fit your toilet. We will except returns if the customer can prove that the product was not used.
